Journée doctorale d’échanges « Urban logistics planning and management : pluridisciplinary visions »

Dans le cadre de la clôture du projet ANNONA (ANR VBD 2013), du projet DEMOSDUM (Math AmSud 2016) et des activités du labex IMU (Intelligences des mondes urbains), l’UMR 5600 organise une journée d’échanges sur la thématique de la logistique urbaine dans une vision de pluridisciplinarité. La journée prévoit un ensemble de présentations de doctorants et jeunes chercheurs de différents pays (Allemagne, Italie, France, Equateur, entre autres) ainsi que l’intervention d’enseignants chercheurs confirmés d’Amérique Latine. Des visions à la fois quantitatives et qualitatives, analytiques et interprétatives seront abordées, dans un forum d’échange qui vise à créer des relations et collaborations à long terme. Les principaux sujets traités sont les suivants :

• Approvisionnement de la restauration collective, circuits courts et production locale.
• Modélisation et optimisation du transport de marchandises en ville.
• Estimation de la demande et des flux de la logistique urbaine.
• Evaluation économique et environnementale de la logistique urbaine.

Le principe de la journée est de laisser à chaque doctorant un temps d’échange plus important par rapport aux conférences et ateliers classiques. En effet, les doctorants disposeront de 20’ de présentation et 20’ de discussion avec un public composé à la fois de chercheurs (juniors et séniors) et de praticiens. A ces interventions viendront se joindre une communication introductive de Fernando Sandoya (Escuela Politécnica del Litoral, Equateur) en début de journée et une communication de Jorge Vargas (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú) pour clôturer la journée.

As part of the final event of the ANNONA project (ANR VBD 2013), the DEMOSDUM project (Math AmSud 2016) and the labex IMU activities (Intelligences of the urban worlds), the UMR 5600 organizes a workshop for exchanging on the subject of city/urban logistics in a multidisciplinary vision. The day includes a set of presentations by PhD students and young researchers from different countries (Germany, Italy, France, Ecuador, among others) as well as the intervention of experienced Latin American researchers. Quantitative and qualitative, analytical and interpretative visions will be discussed in an exchange forum that aims to create long-term relationships and collaborations. The main topics are:

• Collective restauration supply, short circuits and local production.
• Modeling and optimization of freight transport in the city.
• Estimation of urban logistics demand and flows.
• Economic and environmental evaluation of urban logistics.

The principle of the day is to leave each doctoral student a longer exchange time compared to conventional conferences and workshops. Indeed, doctoral students will have 20 ‘presentation and 20’ discussion with a public composed of both researchers (juniors and seniors) and practitioners. To these interventions will be joined an introductory paper by Fernando Sandoya (Escuela Politécnica del Litoral, Ecuador) at the beginning of the day and a communication by Jorge Vargas (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú) to close the day.
